Coming into Connection: A Polyvagal Guide to Reshaping Our World
Saturday, September 25, 2021, 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM EDT
Category: Virtual Trainings
Nervous system to nervous system, we are connected around the planet. Our biology is at the heart of our capacity to come into connection, see with compassion, and find our way into safe communication. Polyvagal Theory gives us a roadmap for understanding how we are human and offers a pathway forward in these challenging times. When we learn to anchor in regulation, we can travel the autonomic pathways of connection and send messages of safety into the world. With a commitment to the active, ongoing use of our regulated energy in service of healing, we can begin to change our world one nervous system at a time.
